Normally this class is only offered in 4 week+ sessions so we can really make a commitment and see results. This class is great for building lean muscle and core strength. It’s so important to be able to move safely and feel that stability from the inside out. Not only can we do more and avoid injury but also heal posture related pain, correct how we’re moving and feel better! It doesn’t hurt that we also have a blast!

LOCATION: Emily's home studio in Ashland (address sent after registration, please use an appropriate email address during check out)
ABS, BOOTY & CORE: If you want to build a stronger butt and core this is the class to take! Each semi-private fitness class will start with a warm up, offer a mix of cardio and strength exercises and end with a short stretch. Exercises use our own body weight with optional props. Our focus is on gaining strength, function and of course toning and building our muscles. Though we do focus on abs, booty & core these classes will also offer upper body along with a special focus area for each class and you can expect a great full body workout. Modifications are gladly given as needed. This is a great class for anyone who feels motivated in a small group while getting the attention of a personal trainer. Get strong, get lean, build muscle and avoid injury. Please wear workout clothing. Mats are available or you may bring your own. Water is always available.
CLASS POLICIES: Please note that the classes can't be mixed & matched but you're welcome to sign up for more multiple classes at the same time.A minimum of 4 students are needed per month or a class is subject to be canceled, refunds will be sent in the event that a class is canceled. Class registration is first come, first served online with 5 people maximum per class. No drop ins or saved spots without registration. Absolutely no refunds, credits, transfers or pro-rating on missed classes. Students may give away/sell classes they can not attend at their own discretion. Please join the private class group Emily Alrick Dance & Fitness on Facebook to post about selling/giving/trading classes or if you are interested in being on the drop in list to sub for other students. Emily can not guarantee a sub for missed classes. After you purchase your class an email will be sent to your paypal email address to confirm class purchase and provide additional class info. Signing a release form is necessary to attend class.
